The New Hampshire Municipal Association is a not-for-profit organization whose members include state, county and municipal entities. Our organization is constantly looking for ways to assist our members towards improving their leadership and management skills as they govern our local communities. It has been almost exactly a year now since I met you at the Golf Expo in Feb. 2000. At the conclusion of the fall in 1999, my handicap was approximately between 28-30.
